HOPE FOR TOMORROW

CHRISTIANITY IN A NUTSHELL

God is perfectly HOLY, which means The Lord Almighty is without darkness. Ever since the fall, man who was created in the image of our Creator has placed a wedge in between us and our Father in Heaven, throwing us out of the perfect relationship we had with God in the beginning. Every single day we ALL miss the mark set by our creator (sin) and fall short--envy, greed, lust, selfishness, all this darkness blotches our very souls. Christianity is the only religion where God comes down to us to save us, in every other religion you have to earn your way into Heaven. God loves us so much, that He gave us his perfect son Jesus to die as a ransom in our place, paying for ALL the darkness in ALL souls for ALL TIME! God wants us to be close to him again, and all you have to do is believe in Him and His son Jesus, and he will take out your heart of stone and give you a heart of compassion, bestowing upon you the very Spirit of God (Holy Spirit) changing your life forever here on earth, and later the awesome eternal gift of life in the realm of the Kingdom of Heaven.

LIGHT & DARK

Our world is made up of light and dark. The human heart once was without darkness, before the fall. The enemy tempted and deceived us and we fell from our OWN choice of disobedience in turning away from God. God's character lives in the human heart: love, hope, kindness, compassion, courage, sacrifice. The enemy's character also lives in our hearts: greed, lust, selfishness, envy, hate, deception.

The enemy fell from grace even before God created man. God is a god of perfect love, BUT The Almighty is also a God of perfect justice. We can have faith to trust to know that God will ALWAYS do what is right! 

The enemy's future is certain, he will be destroyed being thrown into the lake of fire, cast out into outer darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 

Our future is not certain, we have a choice.

POSSIBILITY

I was talking with one of my good friends recently, and we were discussing how the world works.  I have always had a passion for our country, but have been completely disheartened over the state of corruption that has entangled our political system and indeed our entire government here in the United States.  I’ve been telling people when a candidate that actually wants to transform the system finally steps onto the stage, I’ll come diving back into politics.

God tells us in his Holy word the Bible that the devil is in control of our world, at least for now…God also tells us in His Bible that we have free will.  We His people had free will to choose to disobey his command in the Garden of Eden, we His people have free will to choose to trust in the Lord and his son Jesus, and we His people have free will to turn away from God.

So, even though the corruption of our government and our world is sourced from the enemy, we God’s people have a choice to make a better society-- but, we have to turn to God and ask for His mighty hand to help....

The problems of our government come from spiritual forces, where a spiritual battle is being fought--and it will take more than human solutions to fix the problem.  As a people, we have to humble ourselves and turn to our Creator. The hope for a better tomorrow lies with the one true God, the Almighty Lord of Heavens Army!

SURRENDER

What does it mean to trust in God and his son Jesus, making them Lord of your life?  That is a question that I hope you ask yourself right now and turn to The Lord on High in prayer to speak about?

One of satan’s greatest tools is selfishness.  The world is completely controlled by it and weaves itself around our planet like some great serpent, entangling people with its trap and enslaving them to roads that lead to darkness.

God tells us his greatest command is to love Him with all of our heart, all of our soul, all of our mind and all of our strength, but to do that requires SURRENDER.

HOPE FOR TOMORROW

We have a choice to make a better society.  It can start with simple and humble beginnings, but for me, the best way I can make a difference is by speaking about it through words.  My hope is to shine light on the enemy that is controlling our world and point people to God, for it is only by his help and favor that the enemies plan can be weakened, until our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ returns from the clouds of Heaven. 

May the peace of Christ guide us all into a brighter tomorrow!  Thank God that He is greater, may He be a shield and a fortress to our beloved land and a bright light to shine in the hearts of all His people. Amen!
